Timing and Booking

Photography Sessions are by appointment only. We are happy to arrange pre-session consultations (in-person or by email), please contact us to set up a time.

Newborn photography is best scheduled for when the baby is between 5 and 14 days old.  I recommend booking your session when you are pregnant.  You can then contact me after your baby has arrived and we can confirm the session date.

I allow approximately 3 hours for newborn sessions so that we can break for feeds or any time the baby needs to be cuddled and re-settled.  I want both mum and baby to feel relaxed and completely comfortable.

My style

I prefer to capture the natural innocence of new babies all curled up and asleep.  I photograph newborns the way they came into this world – naked.  However, I also use a range of wraps, hats and headbands throughout the session.  I source all my props from around the world, searching for high quality and unique products.  I am also happy to incorporate into the photos any items that are special to you.
